NASW-IL Chapter Online Refund Policy:
While the NASW understands that emergencies do occur, a registered participant has already been factored into cost. Participants who cancel with 30 days or more notice may receive a refund at 100% minus a $10.00 processing fee. Any cancellations received within 30 days of their course will not be eligible for a refund, but may apply their fee to a future course.. Any "no shows" the day of the event will not be eligible for a refund, nor the option to apply their fee to a future course.
A written request for the registration fee must be made prior to the registrant taking the course for in house or live presentations, and for within sixty days of making the payment for prerecorded training presentations.
- A written refund request must include the following information:
Full name of registrant
Registrant's email address
Course title and number
Date and type of payment
Reason for refund request.
- This written refund request must be received by the NASW IL Chapter office within sixty days of purchase.
- Please email the refund request to swacademy@naswil.org or fax the written request to (312) 236-8410.
- The CE Program Administrator will evaluate the merits of the request, and if deemed appropriate, will refund the original amount minus a $10.00 processing fee.
- Refunds are not approved if received sixty (60) days after receipt of payment or after the course is taken.
- Refund requests will be processed within 21 days of receipt.
- Any request received sixty (60) days after the receipt of payment or after the course exam is taken, will be treated as a complaint.
NASW-IL Chapter Online Complaint Process
Complaints must be received in writing and will be evaluated on a case by case basis by the CE Program Administrator.
- A written complaint must include the following information:
Full name of registrant
Registrant's email address
Course title and number
Date and type of payment
Details of complaint.

- Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
