How do I register for an online course?
Register for an online course by clicking
Register to Attend
Live Virtually under your desired training session and
by filling out the required information.
What resources do I need in order to attend an online
course?
In order to attend an online course you MUST have a
high-speed internet connection, working speakers, a working
email, and one of the following:
Flash Player 6.0 or later,
Windows Media Player 9.0 or later, QuickTime 6.0 or later.
How will I know I am registered?
Once you are finished registering, you will receive a unique
access code and a link via email that will direct you to the
course. DO NOT
erase this message.
You will need the link and code provided to access
the session.
How do I access the course?
On the day of the course, you will gain access to the
session 20 minutes before the starting time.
It is highly recommended that you try to access the
course early. It
takes a few minutes to log in.

Where can I purchase recorded sessions?
Recorded sessions can be purchased under the
Online Training tab.
How long do I have access to the recordings?
You have access to the recordings for 30 days.
Do I need to watch it all in one sitting?
No. You can
watch the recording completely on your own time.
You also have the ability to pause the recording.
Can I earn CEU’s from watching the recording?
Yes. All you
need to do is take a short quiz at the end of the recording
to earn your CEU’s.
